This is a National Firearms Act regulated firearm that will require transfer to a Class 2 or 3 dealer if the item needs to be shipped out of state. Texas residents can pick up their Model-X once we receive approved form 4 from the ATF. Current transfer times from the ATF are 5-6 months from date of form submittal. Full scale production will take place in late November. All orders on this firearm will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid upon ordering. We recommend using a NFA Trust to have your special NFA item attached to.
